Mostly no. eBay tightened its digital goods rules years ago after widespread abuse, and most instant downloads are not allowed. Where a digital item is permitted, it usually has to be delivered by email rather than automatically, and the categories are narrow. Listings outside them are removed rather than warned.
Repeat removals put the whole account at risk, not just the listing.

Listing a file as an instant download outside the allowed categories. Reselling anything you do not own the rights to. Selling accounts, licences or codes you were not authorised to sell.

Etsy for creative files with browsing shoppers. A storefront for anything else. A store inside your own community if you have one.
