Where can I sell digital products?
Updated
There are four options, not fifty
You can sell digital products in four kinds of place: a creator storefront that gives you a page and a checkout, a marketplace where shoppers already browse, your own website with a payment tool attached, or inside a community you already run. Every platform in every "best of" list is one of those four.
Pick the kind first. The brand name matters far less than the kind.
Storefronts
Fastest to set up. You get a page and a link, and you bring the traffic yourself.
Best when you already have somewhere you talk to people and just need somewhere to take the money.
Marketplaces
The marketplace brings some buyers. In exchange it takes a larger cut, sets the rules, and owns the customer relationship.
Useful for a first trickle of sales. Risky as your only channel — the rules can change overnight.
Inside a community
If you already run a Discord, a Telegram or a paid group, selling inside it converts best, because the trust is already there.
A store app such as MKKT on Whop puts the catalogue next to the conversation instead of on another site.
