Three costs, not one
Whop charges sellers in three ways, not one. It takes a share of each sale, the card network takes its own processing cut as it does everywhere, and any app you installed may charge a fee of its own. What matters more than the rate
For most small sellers the rate is not the deciding cost. A monthly subscription you pay whether or not you sell anything usually costs more over a year than a per-sale cut does.
Do the arithmetic on your own volume. Take what you expect to sell in a month, apply the per-sale rate, and compare it against the monthly plan you were considering instead.
Watch the stacking
If you use a store app on top of Whop, you are paying Whop and the app. That can still be worth it, but know the total before you launch.
