How do I use the Whop seller dashboard?

Updated

The short answer

The Whop seller dashboard is where you manage your business, products, payments, members, and balances. Sign in, select the correct business, and open its dashboard. Start with one task, such as checking a payment or setting up payouts. Your personal Orders page serves a different purpose: it manages things you bought from other sellers.

Find the business and task

If you manage more than one business, check the selected name before editing anything. Team roles can limit which controls you see. If a tool is missing, ask the owner whether your role includes it.

Use the product controls to review what buyers receive and how they pay. Open each app to edit its content. Adding an app and attaching it to the right offer are both parts of setting up member access.

Read the money screens carefully

Use payment records to inspect a sale and Balances to see funds available for withdrawal. Revenue, pending funds, refunds, and available balance are different figures. Match a record to its order before acting on a support request.

Check the date range on any report and keep exports for your records. For payouts, follow the verification and method setup in Balances. For your own purchases, return to your profile and open Orders.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

What can I see on the Whop dashboard?
It shows your sales, your members, and the products you have listed, along with the settings for each one. It is where you manage a business you run, not the things you have bought.
How do I add a new product from the dashboard?
Open your business, choose to add a product, then set its name, description, and access. You publish it once checkout and delivery are set up.
Can I give someone else access to my dashboard?
Yes. You can invite a team member and give them a role, so they help run the business without holding your login.
Why can I not see my purchases in the dashboard?
The dashboard is for selling. Anything you bought sits in your own account under orders or memberships instead.
