How do I manage my Whop subscriptions?

Manage your Whop subscriptions from Profile and Orders. Open a membership to check its plan, next renewal, billing history, and available payment controls. Each seller’s membership has its own terms, so review each one separately. A purchase can be one time, recurring, or an installment plan; the word membership alone does not tell you which.

Check the seller, billing cycle, amount, and next charge date. Compare past charges with the invoices or receipts in Billing history. A trial may turn into a paid plan if that was part of the checkout terms.

If you have several memberships, canceling one does not cancel the others. If an expected order is absent, check your receipt email and any other Whop accounts you use. Keep the receipts you need for records.

Use the membership’s billing controls to update a payment method where supported. To stop renewal, select Cancel membership and keep the confirmation. Removing the app from your phone does not change the billing plan.

Request a refund from the specific payment if you want an earlier charge reviewed. For installments or financing, check the agreement before assuming future payments can stop. Contact support when the controls do not match the plan you bought.
