How does a Whop clipping agency work?
Updated
The short answer
A Whop clipping agency helps a client turn long videos into short posts and manage the people making them. Whop can host the client’s Content Rewards campaign. The agency still needs to agree on work, rights, payment, and reporting. Campaign rewards and the agency’s service bill are separate parts of the job.
Define the work before hiring editors
Write down who supplies footage, who edits, who posts, and who checks the results. Agree on how many drafts are included and who approves a final clip. Keep account access limited to the work each person needs.
A service fee may cover editing or campaign management. View rewards follow the campaign terms. Tell each editor which payment model applies and who owes them; do not imply that every draft earns a reward.
Keep a simple work record
Track each clip from source file to editor, review, post link, and submission status. Use that record to avoid duplicate submissions and to answer a client’s questions about what shipped.
Get permission to use the client’s footage and brand assets. Agree on how you will handle rejected posts, ended campaigns, and unused drafts. Report accepted work and paid rewards separately from raw views.
