Look for the repeated thread
Read back through a year of issues and find the topic you keep returning to. That thread is the product. Reorder those issues so they read as one argument, cut the dated references, write the connecting material between them, and add one thing the archive does not have.
Do not simply bundle everything. A collection of unrelated issues is an archive, not a product.

Say what is in it, say what came from the archive, and say what is new. Being honest costs nothing and prevents complaints.
Offer it to long-term subscribers first, at a discount. They are your most likely buyers.
