Setting up your Beacons page
Start by creating an account on the Beacons website. You will choose a username that becomes your custom web address. The platform lets you build a mobile-friendly page where you can place all your links in one spot. You can pick colors, upload a profile photo, and write a short bio to introduce yourself to your audience.
Once your basic profile looks good, organize your layout. Beacons uses modular blocks for different features. You can add buttons for your social media channels, sign-up forms for email collection, or links to your favorite content. Everything updates right away on your public link so you can preview changes as you work.
Adding your digital product
To sell a file, open your dashboard and add the store block. Select the option for digital products. You can upload files like guides, art, checklists, or workbooks. Write a simple title and a short description so buyers know what they are getting. Beacons delivers the file directly to your customer after they complete their purchase.
Next, set up how you receive customer payments. Connect your account to a supported payment processor. This step lets buyers check out securely using credit cards or other standard options. Once connected, place your store block near the top of your page so visitors see your product as soon as they open your link.
Understanding plans and fees
Beacons offers four main plans: Free, Creator Pro, Store Pro, and Business Pro. The Free tier lets you create a link-in-bio address, use basic analytics, send emails, make a media kit, and sell digital products or one course. Free and Creator Pro charge a seller fee on each sale; check their pricing page for current numbers.
If you sell in higher volume, upgrading to Store Pro or Business Pro removes the Beacons seller fee. Other platforms handle fees differently. Stan Store charges a subscription with no cut of sales, while Payhip removes per-sale platform fees on its highest tier. Check their pricing page for current numbers before picking a plan.
Sharing your link and other options
After setting up your store, copy your link and add it to your profile bios on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. When people click, they land directly on your Beacons page. They can view your links, pick your digital item, and pay in just a few taps from their phone or computer.
